Follow up on the Mars Petcare food recall

I had written previously about a pet food recall by the Mars Petcare company. A salmonella outbreak in humans has been linked to this pet food, and it affects the young and elderly most severely. Luckily dogs and cats have a digestive system made to ward off salmonella so no pets have been sickened by it, but their food handlers have been.
