The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) website has some great tips for keeping your dog or cat safe in cold weather.

These are great tips and I always worry about animals that are homeless and out in the cold. I keep my garage cracked so whomever wants can come and go as they please.

I can't believe how many people leave their cats out overnight anytime, but especially during the winter.
