Thanks for the heads-up. I feed Solid Gold canned so I'm off to check the date.
There seems to be such a problem with pet food companies these days not taking the health of peoples pets above the profit margin.
By the way I saw this post via twitter.
Have a great saturday Chris
Steve
I saw this via your Twitter post too.
You have to wonder where all these places are buying the meat. China? It's really becoming difficult to feed our companion animals.
I've been using Honest Kitchen and having great results with that.
Thanks for letting us know! Mom feeds us Canidae!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
I never even heard of this brand so we are safe...for now. I wish I could afford to make my own food but with 4 dogs between 30-80 pounds, it would cost a fortune! There has to be a better way!
Ugh, I hate hearing this stuff.. can't help but wonder how many animals and people this is affecting. Thanks for spreading the word. :)
I don't but great post for some that may feed their dog this. Have a great day.
We don't have a dog but thanks as always for this informative post for pet owners! Hope you had a great start to the new year :)
Will it never end?
Ace eats Solid Gold, but it is the dry stuff. Apparently stuff like this can happen with any brand. Ugh. I am thinking of feeding him a raw diet.
