It is an admitted fact that Puppy Mills should be stopped at once. Now I get surprised to know that even top-rated store like Petland is somehow supporting this cruel act.

Our local pet store is part of a small chain in California. They have rescue organizations come in on week ends to show homeless pets. They don't make money from it, but it is a lot of goodwill and people who adopt a homeless pet will come back to shop.

Thanks Jodi, we had a wonderful day with our family. Yes, the puppy mill situation is disgusting-it's a real black mark on our society what is allowed to be done to animals.

Thank you so much for posting this again Chris. Our local Humane Society did their own investigation and they closed some down around here too, thank God, this garbage is disgusting.
